Oops, Took a Month Off

Yeah, well, what are you going to do when you have three children under three?  Something has to give and for me it is blogging.  I think I'll toss in a few pics here just to keep the loyal bloggers happy.

Here in this picture Grampa Kendall helps Betsy climb a tree.  She wasn't sure if she wanted to or not but there she goes.

Operation: Tree Climb seems to be a success.  Never mind that she wanted down about 30 seconds later but she still loved it for the brief time she was up there.

Baby Jack stole the show in Fresno last weekend as everyone came over to look at the new baby boy.  He kept his eyes open and looked at all the family members.  Yes, some day you'll need to memorize the names.

Here Mary Jane is looking at a small dog.  She's not a big dog person -- Betsy has always been the bigger animal lover -- but she didn't run away this time.

Mini-Quake

Hey now, some of us are trying to blog here!  None of these ridiculous 3.2 earthquakes which are just a mere shifting boom in the crust.  We Californians expect things to shake and fall in case of quaking.  That was nothing more than a big truck driving by... even helicopters shake the house more than that.

I guess those pictures on USGS.gov don't translate well.  I try to place one over there to the left and all I got out of it was three not-exactly-parallel lines.  Why, that's modern art, for you.

Anyway, the girls never woke up and they've never really experienced a large earthquake (thank goodness).  Oh, but some day they will.  But hopefully not soon.  Hopefully not soon.

The bunnies on the other hand... they might be thumping away.

Tis the Season

And yes, it does seem like I've been doing lots of blogging lately.  I gave up Facebook for Lent so at this allows me to write as I feel.  Then again no one really reads this blog besides my wife so it's just a message to her (Hi, Honey!).

I have learned that Facebook is a giant waste of precious time that cold be used for other things.  Like sleep?  Like reading?  Like... heck, even watching TV!

Anyway, time to get back to my regularly scheduled Lenten programming.
